Yep very cool!I don't make too many sheaths for folders anymore but a friend ask me for one to use with a Leatherman ARC. I had never seen that particular Leatherman before but it looks pretty well made (USA made), useful and has a MagnaCut blade. It also comes with an extra set of bit which he wanted in the sheath as well.
I don't have Gary's Grayley's skill or patience at hand molding his outstanding sheaths so I make molds for this type of deal. This mold took about 30 minutes to make with material I had laying around and worked out pretty well for fit. The thick welt is for a pocket behind the tool that holds the bit set. Thought this might be useful information for others to use in making similar items with very little time and effort involved.
