I really like these. I really like your use of kydex for the tip protectors. Big thumbs up!

That came out super nice!!!!!! Great job !!!!I was roped into helping my old boss out, his dad gave him a dagger when he was a young boy, hmm seems like an inappropriate gift lol but it is very sentimental type of gift and he asked me to make a sheath for it and then after I had the sheath done, said 'did you clean up the blade and sharpen it?' ....uh no, I don't automatically change someone else's knife like that unless asked to do so, it was very corroded and quite dull, I was not enthused to begin with as I don't take on fixed blade sheaths, but, he's my old boss and a friend of sorts
The handle is cast aluminum and the fit to the blade feels solid, no telling who made it or how old. The blade is about 1/4" in the center and narrows down to the point.
I brought the back section up and around to form the belt loop, it goes into the sheath about 1/2" and I cut slots for the retainer to pass through and glued that into place. The blade is snug for the last 3" as it fully seats into the sheath so if the snap came loose, it would still be safely held in place. 5 layers of leather at the top, tapering down to three near the point, makes for some thick leather to hand sew!
The skull embossing I used some highlighter to bring out the details and carefully dyed around it so it provided contrast to the black sheath.

That is a great fit up, assuming you didn't add sound effects to the video.this is the final prototype and the closest to what the final dagger sheaths will look like

that was the final prototype. I'm just dialing in my process with production piece #1, after that I'll do a small run of them and see how that goes. That is a great fit up, assuming you didn't add sound effects to the video.
Are any of these still available?
