What brand makes up the largest part of your traditional knife collection?

GEC leads the way for me. A beautiful 44 in Ebony was in the mailbox on Saturday to help add to the hoard.
I am pretty sure Case would be next. Then it may seem a bit strange to most here , but next would be my Parker knives. I know Parker had less than stellar business tactics , but I really like a lot of those knives. They were the catalyst to my knife collecting ways(back in the 80's and early 90's) and for that I say thank you Mr. Parker.
And Next would be my Buck knives. The very first knife I purchased with my own money as a kid was a Buck.

Come on guys and gals. Don't just tell us what ya got show us some of what ya got.
...

If the question had been what pattern , rather than brand, makes up the largest part of my knife pile, my answer would have been canoes (but SAKs, scout/camp knives, etc. probably aren't too far behind). And for ED's sake, I can post a photo of a lot of my canoes. I took this photo about 9 months ago, so I have some canoes now that are not in the pic.

Very nice! That's a flotilla of canoes there, Gary!

Now we're talking - errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr showing. Great picture of some great knives.

My main collection is the Tuna Valley line, which is 80% made by Queen, and 20% by GEC. My other collection focuses on the NKCA club/youth knives, and I believe Queen/Schatt & Morgan make up over 50% of that, with a lot of other makers mixed in as well.

This is a very interesting thread. Thank you to everyone who’s posted.
I’m a little scared to get everything out for pictures, but for me, since I’ve fallen down the rabbit hole:
1. GEC by far
2. SAK
3. Rough Rider
4. Case
5. Maybe one or two Schrade, Camillus, others. I need more vintage knives.

My knives mirror my age and with that, most of my knives are
Schrades,
Bucks and
Queens,
probably in that order. Although the number of GECs I have has grown more quickly than those others in the later years. Mostly because Schrade closed down, I have most Bucks I ever wanted, and GEC has been making more appealing knives than Queen. Still a sad thing that Queen closed its doors.

Well, I don’t know so let’s try this...I have 14 Schrade knives..

But if Schrade owned Imperial (as I thought I read) then add 6 more, and another black Frontier on the way as of today makes 7.....

But then I thought Camillus made the Frontiers, along with the Buck, Remington’s and Marlin....so there is 14 plus the 1coming....

And I didn’t count the 3 Classic’s or the Recruit in my work briefcase, if I did that would be 16.....

I’m so confused!!!!

GEC by far. I have a few made by Queen but they’ve all been disappointing. A couple Enigmas, I’ll likely pick up another when they move on to another pattern, also a couple Case, very nice and I’ll likely add another couple at some point. I’ve got a quite nice Roughrider too and the BF 2015 CSC that has me waiting to see what their revival brings...

I bought one Shatt/Queen knife and it was not that well made, so I stopped buying them right then and there. Kind of expensive to gamble on. I'm sure there are some outstanding examples out there though.

I keep seeing pics of ones done right, accompanied by positive testimonials. I thought mine would be less of a gamble as they are Northwoods, (my GEC made Northwoods are outstanding) S&M, and Trestle Pines which are all supposed to be premium lines made by Queen. All three had major issues and have convinced to to stay away from Queen, even if they look nice in pics. The only way I’d consider another would be if I could handle it first, and that’s not a likely possibility where I live.
