Gary, your canoes always make drool a bit.If the question had been what pattern , rather than brand, makes up the largest part of my knife pile, my answer would have been canoes (but SAKs, scout/camp knives, etc. probably aren't too far behind). And for ED's sake, I can post a photo of a lot of my canoes. I took this photo about 9 months ago, so I have some canoes now that are not in the pic.

Well, I don’t know so let’s try this...I have 14 Schrade knives..
![]()
But if Schrade owned Imperial (as I thought I read) then add 6 more, and another black Frontier on the way as of today makes 7.....
![]()
But then I thought Camillus made the Frontiers, along with the Buck, Remington’s and Marlin....so there is 14 plus the 1coming....
![]()
And I didn’t count the 3 Classic’s or the Recruit in my work briefcase, if I did that would be 16.....
I’m so confused!!!!

Kevin, all I can say is WOWSER!I've got some Schrades... I know I've posted these before but it's pretty funny to see againI think I have added some since too...
2nd Place for me would be Ulster's and then a smattering of NYKC, Imperial, Camillus and bunch of other random manufacturer's.

I am surprised that you do not have a Scrimshaw or a Sharpfinger in your very nice collection of Schrades .I've got some Schrades... I know I've posted these before but it's pretty funny to see againI think I have added some since too...

Harry- I swayed away from fixed blades after I got a couple of them because they didn't have that WOW factor for me... I think I got addicted to the SNAP!I am surprised that you do not have a Scrimshaw or a Sharpfinger in your very nice collection of Schrades .
Harry
I Do Not know when they made the Scrimshaw for sure but I got one at an auction a couple of months ago and it came with a box that was dated 1983 and the knife was never used . I agree with you a fixed blades but I did get a Sharpfinger at an auction in southern Indiana 3 years ago for the Opening Bid price of virtually nothing .Harry- I swayed away from fixed blades after I got a couple of them because they didn't have that WOW factor for me... I think I got addicted to the SNAP!As far as the Scrimshaw's... 90% of the Schrades I have are either Schrade Cut Co or Schrade-Walden... did they make Scrimshaws prior to 1974? That's the only reason I can think of that I don't have one.
Now I'll have to start looking...
