Thanks Siskiyou! Yes I hung it for use as a boy's axe. Does the profile look more like a hatchet? Feels pretty well balanced on the longer handle.
No, the thin profile reminds me of the Scandinavian style axes. That should be a great little chopper/knot bumper. I'm guessing it's about 1 3/4lbs or so on the head?

Collins Legitimus on a 36" Tennessee Hickory Handles haft. This sucker is a beast. I refurbed it for my cousin who is about 6'4" and 250lb. Should be a good fit.
