Wow Wake31. If you weren't apprenticed to COTS, looking at this I'd sure like to think you were. That's so pretty I'd personally be afraid to use it or even dare to get it dirty.
That is exceptionally well done! Full marks.
Nice job Wake31. Love that beveled Plumb - makes a perfect match for a nice handle.
That is beyond my current abilities. Can I ask, how many hours do you have into it? I want to make one but am afraid of the time investment.
Impressive!
I especially like the rounding that meets the ears/lugs.
Very nice
That handle is plumb gorgeous. I wish I had the talent/patience to do work that nice.
That combo is beyond beautiful! Very COTS like. I really like the little details like the shoulder below the lugs. I hope I could do something like that someday. I do have a 3.5lb plumb jersey.... hmmmm... this little guy I should remove the factory handle and make something like that for it. I'm thinking something around 30".Hey Guys,
Here's a 3.5lb Plumb phantom bevel Jersey I just rehafted on a custom 36" octagonal haft which I carved. Hope you like. I was wanting a old school thin haft and this is what it turned out like.

I plan on it, I've got 2 other plumb handles, they are definitely great!traditionalist, just keep that handle around if you do take it off, most of the time they're the best handle's you'll ever find
