What did you rehang today?

Thanks, 300. She'll use it.

I never doubted that, or you'd never have gone to all that trouble and given it to her in the first place! Nor do I doubt what I figure might happen next, either. Men don't have exclusivity in a reverence of beautiful-working tools!

I cleaned and sharpened a Stanley Sweetheart Foursquare boy's head and matched it with a very nice 24" ash handle. Poplar wedge.

That is pretty wild JB.

Only seen pictures of them. That would be a pretty collectible sort of axe I imagine

I found an unevenly worn swamping pattern lol.

Beautiful. You can see the remnant of a full banana grind on that axe. There's no way I could resist sharpening it and taking a few whacks with it.

Love those handmade Oakland axes. Good looking handle is hat from a local maker?

A shop that I hit once in a while stocks these. Lots of different sizes, usually ash made by someone in Nova Scotia. They only charge $10 so I grabbed 6-8 of them last time.

its the other way around for at least a few of us square, you guys got pugets, rafters, all those things, me personally am sick of jerseys all over the place. anyways, virginia is for (kelly) lovers

Emerson & Stevens Mfg co axe i bought for the handle. Came out pretty nice. Kentucky pattern I think.

I had a SB head with the exact shape and geometry as that Dunn head, was pitted beyond showing a mark but I like to think it may have been a Dunn
