The two ancients are stuck in my pocket as Excalibur in its rock. Sometimes I try to use another knife, one our or two , but ... they come back pretty fast .
A necessary link to the past ...

For this one, we tried to get a reddish color in the bone.Some of the oldies were died with Bloodwood Dye, from a Carribean tree; worth looking it up!! I got some of the actual dye, but GEC's technology wasn't a good fit!

Bill surprised me with some Soup Bone Ancients!!:D
Which is the other you don't have, Jack??o_O

Charlie, I am missing the smooth parchment bone. I think when I had dived deeper into traditional forum, the smooth parchment bone still popped up occasionally on the F/S section but didnt grab until I took a liking to the blade shape. Wasn't even aware there was a fourth! :eek:

Great Bonestag, Augie Augie !!
Nice BLUE, LastRodeo LastRodeo !!

Here's a memento of the 2016 Rendezvous!! CNRFCL stands for;
Charlie Not Responsible For Cap Lifter !!
I put that on every tube, because I always said I'd never put a caplifter on a Barlow!!
Bill was always playing tricks on me, and he presented me with a boxful of these at the meeting!!:DCNRFCL 1.jpg
