What Makes a Good, Traditional Barlow?

Are there scales more valued than others? Less made or something? My favorite is the Rust saw cut.

I love mine, eventhough it did cost me, the smooth bone is lovely. It has that "Westinghouse" look.

As with most aspects of these knives, I'd venture that "value" is almost entirely in the eye of the beholder. Others can speak to numbers; my response was born of my own love of GEC's white bone, and how stunning it looks on these barlows. Hence, my sad lil' moment.

Bob is that sure is a nice one. I like this type of 3rd cut much more than the darker ones.
