Good nite Skunk !!!

errr ..... I mean Dave , my friend !! :eek::D

I love the acrylic SKUNK.:eek::eek::thumbup::)

P.S. - you did a fantastic job presenting the Charlows!!!

Fred- Good things come to those who wait - congratulations on that beautiful amber knife.:)

Hope it did not cost you too many beads. :D

Dave- to have Charlie think of you like that is a great feeling- as you say Charlie is a very busy guy, those special knives we have had the pleasure of viewing are simply some of the best knives I have seen- and it's exciting to me that I am lucky enough to own some.
Those two specials are something else my friend- like Paul days WOW.

Just to sit at you table to see you give them an oil up- that would be a good day!

Excellent, Fred! That's a beauty!

Dave, thanks for taking the time to post all of that! You have an unbelievable collection, but I think my heart skipped a beat when I saw the skunk and the unmarked sucker rod! Amazing! You must have some dirt on Charlie! ;)

Oh, and Fred, that red sawcut bone clip point there is all dirty. You'd better get rid of it before it spreads to the others! (sneaks off to hide in Fred's trash can...)

Dave...the oil sucker rod wood is surreal...didn't know any existed. The dead skunk is beautiful...love the way the tube cover is designed. Perfect touch!! Thank you for sharing and thanks to Charlie for providing them.

And the Dead Skunk Acrylic, 1 of only 7, mark...

This example has the perfect blend of colors to my eye. I just LOVE it!!:D

The Dead Skunk front label (there is no back label)...

Thank You Charlie, it doesn't seem like it's enough but I don't know what else to say but Thank You!

Good Nite All.

Dave

You are welcome, Dave! Thanks for supporting me right from the get-go! From my first HJs to my latest Barlows!

There is no back label, because GEC totally surprised me with the Skunks! I didn't know about them until I got to the Rendezvous! A pleasant surprise!!
But you can tell what Bill thinks of my Red Keds!
He aimed the label-skunk right at 'em!!:grumpy:
:D

Great surprise then...didn't notice about the direction of the skunk's rear-end. Good one!!

Dave, I've enjoyed this presentation and read and looked with great interest throughout. What a finale, oil sucking skunks and all! Well done you, and well done Charlie!

:D

Congratulations Willydigger! That is very  I'm glad you found your grail!! You now have all the 2 blade Clips with the long pull!!
But the 1 you are featuring is actually the Saddle Brown version, the Antique Amber you already have. It is the other reddish one that is still mint. The one with the patina is the Rust Red version. The Saddle Brown is the one you said you wanted that I broke the tip off of using it as a screw driver!:D
GREAT collection!!

Dave

Congratulations Fred. If ever there were a grail knife That Is The perfect example. That combination is the ideal Barlow for me. I am glad you got it.

Chris

Thats a tidy Boker Sean, great to see - AND you scored a TC!!!! so its been a great week for you to say the least! Well done, I am sure you will do a together shot when the TC comes in?

Yep, once I receive the Rust Red Sawcut Stew's Blade, I'll definitely be doing a group shot of all my traditionals. Did I mention I also scored a #15 this week? :D

I'm going to have to find something to sell to free up some funds for the #77 Barlow and the #77 Washington now! I thought I had already trimmed the fat in the gear box, but I think I can find a few more things to let go in the next few weeks. Gotta work quick!

You've jumped in with both feet Sean! :D

Great-looking Boker, I was just admiring it in the EDC thread
