mrknife, 2nd cut stag has existed for a long time. Cutleries used up their sub-beautiful stag, often jigging or texturing it. The difference is, 3rd cut reaches the "marrow" in most cases.

That 3rd cut looks great! I need to take some photos of my new #14 yellow heart and sawcut barlows. Charlie and GEC did a wonderful job with these knives.

The antique amber sawcut clip/pen TC Barlow is the only TC Barlow that always has, and probably always will, put my heart in my throat every time I see a photo of one!! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Can't argue with that. That particular iteration is my favorite. I have only one TC, Marlow the marrow bone barlow, and don't much feel the need to add any others.

But, I want that knife. That's the only Charlow I regret not picking up.
