What Makes a Good, Traditional Barlow?

John and Lloyd, you guys are too quick!
I see that pull on a bunch of my old Barlows, and asked Bill to cut it in there.
Those little details turn my obsessive crank!!

There is a slight difference from past clip blade TC Barlows. Anyone spot it yet??

:D
The blade looks similar to the Pinchable clip blade pattern from the last run of 77 Barlow.

Are the bolsters satin?

Wow those look fantastic! I've wanted a barlow for a while. Hopefully I can snag one.

These look beautiful Charlie. The incredible run of TCs continues. Thank you for your continued dedication to the knife design / making craft.

That's a great one Atiger! Yeah, you got to love "Never Dull" right on the bolster. A blade etch forget it! Smack dab on the bolster ever visible is marketing genius. This maker or knife purveyor gives nothing up to modern marketing talents. Wonderful Barlow:thumbup: Lloyd

Charlie the new Barlow covers look great! Hopefully being a "standby" a blade slips to me. It definitely has grail knife written on it!

Thank you for the comments on the IXL Barlows guys. Hey they aren't the best in the world - but it's better to have an IXL Barlow than not I say.😄

Here's my Barlow. I believe that all 2 blade Barlows should ditch the pen blade for a screwdriver. In fact I believe all pocket knives with more than 1 blade should have a screwdriver. Anyone who has ever ruined a blade trying to use as a screwdriver should understand.
