Had a little care package delivered. They are not fresh enough to squeak when you eat them, but they are from Wisconsin so it’s a little taste of home.

I wonder how many people that are not from Wisconsin know that Fresh Cheese Curds will squeak when you chew them . I have never had any Curd from that dairy . My favorite is Decatur Dairy in Brodhead , Wisconsin , but there are many other very good ones too . Looks like your Parker / Frost has been used very little Jim .

Thanks Harry, it’s in the town I was born and raised just down the road. The Parker Frost is my user, having several more that are just for looking at;)
