What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

We now have a very reliable milkman which along with a reliable postman is a joy.

So I got out this old Bavarian Beauty that has been cleaned and polished by a German craftsman.

I bought it in Munich along with many a good glass of the words best lager and Bratwurst to match 😍







I have a Hubertus that's similar but not so fancy, me being a plain folk.

This after a couple of steaks, several hot sausages, and a few apples... It's been patina resistant, but it's getting there.
That seems to be an unusually light patina considering what you've used it for John. My Case knives have patinaed pretty quickly when I've used them for food, much like GEC's 1095 :thumbsup:
