The Dutch ones vary greatly if you collect them all,the non Swiss ones I had where very poor.
First time using the new #83.
After cutting my usual daily apples there's already a very slight patina forming.
I’m not much of a single blade person when it comes to a pocket knife. But the more I see these 83’s I think my mind could be changed, especially with the jigging and color of the bone.After some fruit cutting today.
