Haha! Maybe it'll slow me down on the appetizers. There's usually such a spread of cheese, crackers, fruit, pate', etc, that I'm not hungry by the time food is served.
I can relate. Although this year, a neice’s husband and I were sequestered in the kitchen carving turkeys. We might have sampled ~ strictly for research and quality control...
Best wishes, Rachel!
Very fine Brace indeed, top composition and enjoy your festival in peace and unity

With the pictures of Wild Turkeys ( I like the Bourbons very much ) is the meat tastier than farm bred Turkeys?

Regards, Will
Yes and no. Different for sure.
It can depend on forage, for example around here, their #1 food is acorns.
I find a happy medium in organic turkey.

But thank you very much for your kind comment and well wishes, my Fin Friend!

Let there be cake! ;)
Cake there was John (despite our regular cake stall being closed)! :D I even borrowed a tea-tray from a neighbouring stall for the pic! 🤣
