I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving. It was just my wife and kids, so rather than a turkey and all the fixings we did homemade ravioli. I started the day with a fire, skating, and my Camco.

Two turkey carcasses simmering in my largest canning pot. 12 hours so far, and the aroma in the house is mighty fine. I’m thinking of canning some quarts of the stock, because our freezer space is limited.

Great way to start the day Bart, we sat around the fire pit all day. It was 46 degrees in the morning, when we went in to eat at 6:00 the temp had dropped to 29.
