Still love your re-handle work, but not sure about skipping the turkey. C’mon, Man!😂
Thanks, Jeff. It did feel a little strange for Thanksgiving. What’s going to be even more strange are the leftover ravioli sandwiches. 😂

Great way to start the day Bart, we sat around the fire pit all day. It was 46 degrees in the morning, when we went in to eat at 6:00 the temp had dropped to 29. 🔥👍

That sounds like a great way to spend Thanksgiving, Todd. Lows in the 40s here. We let the fire smolder out when it got into the 60s.

Beautiful morning, no breeze, clear sky, hot fire and coffee, and a sweet little White Owl. Have a great day! 😊👍View attachment 1689440
Nice knife and looks like the start of another nice day. 👍

Your beads and pictures are always awesome. The white owl is looking good
Thanks Jon, I’m really liking it. 😊👍
Awesome picture, Todd... Looks warm and cozy. 🤠
Yeah it is, just had a nice visit from two of my nieces. They live in Chicago so they don’t get to sit by a fire much. 😊👍

Thanks Bart, the next few days are going to be beautiful, good thing I have a well stocked wood pile. 😉👍

I went to a favourite little art gallery to view some very dark Italian masterpieces today,I took my cadet with me.

On the way back I went to the market and bought my original design corp cap badge from the formation in WW2,A lovely vintage first class claw hammer and this absolutely massive Sheffield penknife.😁

Lovely bone and color. 🤠

Thanks John !!! ... same "issue" you had with yours. Very minor blade wobble when deployed and corrected with a couple of light mallet taps on the bolster.
Blade is very well centered and had no wobble or play when closed ... just minor wobble when blade deployed.
Backspring flush both open and closed, but very proud at the half stop.
Nice grinds and bevels. Should touch up nicely as I go through the bonding phase.
Just reporting observations. Very pleased with this Mini Trapper :)
