Old L.L.Bean jack that I found at an antique store this weekend...really tight and a cool old blade...flip side with pen...I think black plastic or acrylic?

It’s not just about the swanky,pricey stuff you know.
Though saying that if anyone wants to trade this for a Viper you won’t have to twist my arm.

I love this one,I contoured the handle how I like it cleaned it up a bit and sharpened it.
this morning I put yet another coat of mineral oil on it and took it out in the field with my small SAK in the other pocket.

I really like that one! Nice find!! Very reminiscent of the clip point 78 american jack by GEC. another one of my favorites.

Is that a pen secondary tuck backed in there? What covers are they out of curiosity?

Thanks! It too reminds me of a GEC that I have-almost identical except my GEC is ebony...I think plastic scales or acrylic? Plastic like...I added a flip side pict with pen opened for more visual...cheers!

That is a Humason & Beckley Mfg. Co. (1852-1916) that I recently 'fished from the bay'. It had cracks in the bone and blades that sat too high for pocket carry. I stabilized the cracks with epoxy and reshaped the blades to sit in the well properly.

When I acquired a Szankovits Hungarian folder, the nice lady Francis, tossed this Nano in unexpectedly.
