What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Ed, I'm sitting my 6232 jack out tonight for pocket carry tomorrow, as a reminder of my promise to pray.

Peter, I'll be remembering your family as well. Here's my 6232 with your 66 before the Northfield made its way out to Monterey.

Ed - Smoke sent from across the pond. Best wishes.

Slipped this fella in my pocket when I got home from work: my first 'Triple P' GEC... a stout little pocket bulldog in frontier bone known as the #56 Dogleg Jack. Very robust and feels sooo good in hand! :) Just kinda wish the bone was sawcut though... :o

Thanks pal. Fortunately I'm blessed with good central heating and house half-full of warm mountaineering gear! :D Pic was taken out at Adel Dam Nature Reserve yesterday. :)

Glad you got your otter. And a wooden one at that! :D Nice one Andi

Best wishes from over this side ED.

Kevin, your stunning Scagel pushed mine back in my pocket. The blade looks a bit clean again as I have zero convexed the edge to blend it in with the convex grind. Being fairly thick stock and 1095 I don't foresee any problems. It does mean it works wood beautifully now:)

Best wishes to you Ed & Peter.
Last night I was going to choose a different knife to carry since this one's been in my pocket since I got it, but this one won out and will stay for a while longer.

I took my wife to Shreveport today for a bone marrow biopsy; we all know what the doctors are looking for with that. Please remember her in your prayers.

Sigh... I've been on the receiving end of that sort of news as a husband. We never found reasons. Only a hard fought assurance of presence and solidarity. This weekend is a particularly good time to reflect on that, I guess. Changed the way I view "When you drink from this cup..."

Anyway... know that you aren't alone.

Pinnah, thanks for the encouragment. I have a long day ahead replacing subfloor in a double wide trailer for a friend. I will be carrying my rosewood S&M jack for the wW. You know this thing is beginning to feel like a good friend; I've carried it quite a bit in the last few weeks since the wW thread started up.
