Right, but i believe it's jigged bone from what I gather looking around the web. I guess Queen cutlery co. Is now defunct. I have another pen type slip joint from this company, not sure the number though.

#64 pattern, it's right on the blade. D2 tool steel, it will take a little longer to get an edge but you can get it very sharp once you do. Check the tang stamp against a stamp list for production years. Do a search on the forum to find the list.

Great stuff! Will the Hero of the Day be getting a special 'cake' or treat? My Princess, PIpp is a Fish type but she enjoys, Chicken and Redmeats. Liver and offal she won't touch, nor will I.... She added a new tally to her grisly list of victims - a Bat!! How the devil she can catch one of them??? But up in the loft and later on down the stairs to present me with a not touching gift, I'm a fan of Bats they do a lot of good. We're still not really talking to each other....

September 5th he will be three years old and yes, he will be getting special treats. Chicken is his favorite, no like trout or tuna, mostly wants all my food. Thinks he likes watermelon, but, if I give him a small piece, it gets left where I dropped it.

We are still not really talking to each other !!!

Don't think I would care for Bats either !

He is always watching me clean up knives or whatever I am doing to one or another, sometimes I look over and he is watching with his head upside down. For all of his interest in my hobby, he deserves his own knife, with his name on it, of course !
