What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I like the way those two go together JJ, really nice pairing my friend
Thank you very kindly, Jack!!! :)
Maybe they'll re-think the law at some point. I got Charlie a pre-ban Peach Pruner, but they changed the law before I could send it :(

Those two cutters are an exemplary pairing for your Random Tuesday totes! ;)😃👍👍

As part of putting together my new rotation schedule, I want to identify my top 10 knives in each of the categories that will be included in the schedule (e.g., stockmans, work knives, canoes, international knives, Case knives, etc.). So this week I've identified my top ten canoes and am carrying them. I challenge you to try something like this. Naming my 3 favorite knives overall is almost impossible for me, but I found that if I limit myself to a specific category like canoes, I can quite easily choose a top 5 (although ranking those 5 would be much tougher). Moving to a top 10 is a lot harder, and I suspect my second 5 might change a bit each time I tried it.

Anyway, this week I'll be carrying and posting 10 of my favorite canoes. Here are 2 of them.

I figured with the exciting news yesterday I’d put the bear lake in my pocket today
Great choice Jon. 😎👍
I put the Coffin Jack in my pocket today, alongside the Cowbell that never left. 😁

That Coffin Jack is spectacular Dylan.

Nice cattle knife James, that slip looks good with it. 😎👍
I got up this morning and discovered that I had no water. I have a well and the pump won't kick on. The well box only has 3 components: 2 capacitors and one relay. The capacitors checked out ok, but not the relay. I carried this 15 all over town looking for a replacement relay. Nope View attachment 1915732 Everybody wanted to be helpful, offering suggestions of where I might find one, but eventually I ran out of places. I have one ordered and paid for 2-day Fedex. I'm pretty sure the relay is not relaying, but the installation is 28+ years old (it was here when I bought the house), so it could be the pump or something else. If worse comes to worse, I'll go back to Tennessee. I have a place down there with running water View attachment 1915734

Everybody's gonna want to stay upwind 😝

Oh, yeah, I ordered propane today too View attachment 1915733

Sorry to hear about you pump Mike. I’m glad we don’t have a strong wind out of the west! 🤣🤣🤣
Sometimes the Beagle gets lonely, so this Coyote pup keeps him company...

Gary, you are the King of Canoes! 😎👍

Parker Cut stockman today. The big auction site on the internet had more than a few listings of these for sale. I think I got this one some 4-6 months ago and forgot I had it.
Comfortable in the pocket and I like the main blade profile and the wood scales. Spey blade has no opening snap but the others have nice action, for the money not to bad
at all.
