That is quite a unique version of the Electrician/Linesman’s knife! I accumulated a lot of the variants and makes, but never got one of those. I remember thinking that they look reminiscent of Imperial or Colonial knives, and looked up what i could find.
The Electric Mate was made by Providence Cutlery Co. for Ric Nor, an electrical supply house out east.
That’s based on my memory, so don’t hold me to it!
