Nice gift HarryIt was great to hear from you today Jeff !!!! As I told you , I have not been posting very much lately because I have been carrying the same knife or knives basically every day . It just happens to be one that Half/Stop Ron gave to me and it is an excellent knife to handle what I do and I really like that I can pinch it open and has a straight edged blade . It is on the hood of the tractor that I took the deck off of and sharpened the blades , cleaned and grease the bearings , and then attached the collector system to it . Still have to put on the discharge turbo and chute . Now I am basically pick up leaves if necessary .

Also in the photo is my ZeroTurn with the mulching deck which I am using to reduce the amount of leaves to pick up this year . Normally I have to pick up 50 to 55 loads of leaves . I also used it today .

Isn't it?!That’s like something from an episode of Detectorists.![]()
Interesting story BarrettMy mom was a school teacher, and had a favorite student who later died (I don’t remember the whole story, I think it was a car wreck). She wanted to name me after him, but (thankfully) she and my dad decided that Brent Brown was a bit too alliterative, so they named me after the kid’s brother.
I can’t remember whose knife it was, but someone had a GEC #25 Barlow in Ironwood that looked a bit like Edvard Munch’s The Scream. I made a visual aide.

Now that's a good lookin' Case knife right there.
Very nice pattern to the ram's horn. To me it gives a modern knife an old school look.
That is a beautiful knife, Will.
You too Pete, don't go dropping that SAK!
Handsome as ever, John
