What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Divine Davison you have there.
Bob
Thank you for the kind words Bob. As good as she looks, my favorite thing about that knife is the way she cuts. It's hard to rotate out of this carry.
He wasn't my goat, but one I took care of for an elderly disabled lady. Unfortunately we had to put him down Saturday ☹ He was 15 years old and arthritis in his knees made it impossible for him to bear his weight anymore. He was a good old goat. Now I worry for his twin, hopefully she won't waste away from missing him. She's already dangerously thin despite my best efforts and arthritic as well. Thank you for asking.
Well I guess we're all headed there, best we can hope for is someone to show some kindness to us at the end. Thanks for trying, I'm sure he appreciated it.
She has an attitude my friend ............... like a Hollywood star struck on herself !;)🤣 I talk to my Maine Coon a lot, does that count ?🤣

Sorry about the problems today for you. Hopefully that beautiful Davison helped some.😍
I imagine your whittler has that affected Mid-Atlantic accent... "Daahling!" Talking to cats does *not* count Mr. P, as that is actually necessary to constantly remind them that they are worshipped and you are their property. I mean knives, stuck nuts/bolts, pieces of lumber and such. The Davison got used fairly hard all day yesterday, installing weatherstripping and plastic-ing up my leaky old leaded glass casement windows in preparation for the cold snap. A better cutting implement is hard to imagine, Todd's grind is deathly thin BTE!

Bonus Bunny pic, as I am not actually going to be carrying this one but rather it's off to the great Randy Bell for an employee appreciation trade.

Ohh ........... all right then .......... if talking to cats don't count, I'll just keep on lookin' for wood figured critters. ;) 🤣

That is quite the arrangement you pulled off for the Wabbit pic ! 😲😲😲😍

🤩🤩🤩. My man. 2022 has been a killer collecting year for you. Well done! Your choices are top notch!!! This is such a good frame for the Bohncliffe. I’m not a huge fan of red knives, but this deep maroon is really attractive. Just don’t try to cut any apples with a Northwoods saber ground blade. Your garden trowel has better edge geometry for slicing! 😂
Every time I see this knife, I yell “go Tigers!” 😂😂😂. Have a great one Paul!

I was reminiscing back through the year and remembering some great highlights. I was able to travel to Azerbaijan and meet some new friends One of them was a hunter and loved that I was into knives. He said that he would have “his guy” make me a knife and he would mail it to me. This came, and it will be forever a great memory from that trip. I think it is a knife put together with lots of love from mail order parts. Such a cool gift to have.

My daily carry is on top of a tea saucer that is adorned in traditional Azeri symbols. I’m a fan of any country that puts guitars and music symbols on their most common currency!
