After a few days in pocket, the ebony is lightening up slightly and the grain is starting to come through. Man, I totally love this one. Just an all around great knife.

I won't be venturing out to take any new photos in this brutal cold,

-6.6 seems cold for down south.

I had no sleep last night from the pain in my feet from the diabetes

Makes you crazy, doesn't it, feeling stuff that isn't there.
It's taking me a while to steel myself to do Tibetan inner fire breathing, but I hope that will confound the neuropathy.

I thought the big and beat-up Schrade for the snow. A knife like that never gets lost.

Out running a couple of errands this morning, carrying the closest thing I have to a red knife along with the closest thing I have to a green knife. Wasn't trying to be seasonal (just grabbed my two most-carried knives these days). Actually, it's still Advent, so a properly seasonally colored knife would be blue. I'm jumping the gun on Christmas morning here. So let me wish a Merry Christmas to all the Porch's denizens!

If the Bunny Knife is a pattern that appeals to you it's going to see a lot of pocket time. The f&f is superb and the clip blade is magnificent.

Visually, it does appeal to me. I’m sure my hand will concur
