Thank you Mr. Harry and I agree with you. Hope you had a Merry Christmas. The kids are gone, the dishes are done, the leftovers are in the fridge, and everything has been put away till next year. We had a nice Christmas. Hate to see it go, kinda glad it is over. 😊

Christmas day carry, including some present-opening duty. As an avowed fan of single-bladed traditional knives, this one is changing my mind. :)

What?!? Santas are playing with the toys ~ a wagon and skateboard. That’s almost as creepy as I used to look playing with the kids toys after getting them all set up under the tree at 2:30 in the morning.😁

I remember accidentally waking them up “testing” the slot car track…
“Mom! What’s that noise?”
“Ssh. Must have been Santa! Now go back to sleep, or he won’t be able to come in.”

As soon as I got them I applied a heavy coat of mineral oil and let them soak it up.
After using I run hot water over them just to wash away the funky bits then towel dry.
As soon as I see any dry wood I apply more mineral oil, and that's the key because if they dry out they'll warp and crack.
And thanks for the comment on the S&M, I put a bit of work into it today and I believe it's almost where I want it. I'll be posting it up a few more times.
