What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Spent some time on the phone with ExpressScripts this morning ordering drugs and straightening out a website glitch. For all the criticism ES gets, the two people I spoke with were nice and professional and took care of everything
Going to make a Walmart run, and then to Eagles for a fish lunch and a little pool. New tip on my secondary stick. Necessitated because some dumb**s wave.gif dropped it the last time and knocked the old tip off eeksmaller.jpg

Taking the Cadet

Unfortunately, Lacey won't get breakfast today (can't have anything to eat before her surgery), no matter how cute she is:

Thank you all! And everybody else that has sent up a prayer for her or well wishes. We appreciate it.
You're very welcome Tyson  Poor Lacey, I hope she makes a swift recovery

Nice choice :)
Had my roof repaired, taxes filed, appointment made for new tires, and feeling like I got some things done. My totes for Friday are Peter Rabbit and an Old Sheffield Jack ( name rings a bell for some reason ). ;)😊 Have a nice weekend everyone.😊

Great to be able to tick a few things off the list eh Mr P? :) Mine never seems to get much shorter! ;)
Laid these two out on the kitchen counter for a pic of todays carry. Anytime there is activity in the kitchen ole Roy is there to investigate, after all there may be food involved. :)
Recovered Pal cattle punch and a stag stamped B. Svoboda Solingen Germany.

Good-looking bunch :)
It looks just like that here, too. Ain’t it purty?
Nice Buck!
How’d it go at the Toolman’s booth yesterday? Any antique tools come home with you?
The lazer-like low winter sun has taken care of most of it Jeff. Didn't stop the Royal Mail failing to get through though  Thanks my friend :) Business was very slow yesterday, and it snowed all day, without settling. Tool Man hadn't brought all his stock, as when the tools get wet, (as they did), they rust, which can mean a day's work. I did get a very nice Skinner & Johnson No3 Long-handled (4ft) Yorkshire Pattern Billhook/Slasher the day before though :) Just waiting for the next Peasants Revolt! 😁

Kudos to you and Jack for the kind gifting!
Best wishes for your Best Friend, Tyson.
Is Lacey a Blue Heeler? Looks like a real lovebug.
Thanks! Yes, she's a blue heeler / collie mix (which I found out is sometimes called a 'Texas heeler').

Good-looking pair, and a great pic :)
I love bills - put a short handle (anywhere from one to four feet long) and it's a fantastic agricultural tool. Put a long handle on it (six to eight feet) and it's a great Renaissance battlefield weapon. Good versatility.

Got these two recovers in the pocket today. 93 lamb in curly mango and a 85 in desert ironwood.

So Lacey is getting assessed, and some x-rays and lab work, but surgery is now delayed until Monday - they some staffing issues today and thought it would be better to delay. The talk with the vet was very reassuring, though. Feeling hopeful!
