What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I am hopeful for Lacey’s recovery too and look forward to seeing more pics of her. Beautiful pupper there.

This one just arrived although the P.O. delivered it to a neighbor….I don’t have a tail lock and hadn’t tried one before. I like it. It’s stormy here with the power intermittent. I’ll be hanging with this Toole.

A very cool Toole! I've got a couple of tail-locks. Ron Lake had the patent on the lock. Here's an old Blade Magazine article on it, https://blademag.com/knifemaking/ron-lakes-tab-lock-the-clever-lever/amp.

Tyson I think it’s more of a sheepsfoot. But I am no expert for sure. I do like the mammoth a lot. I have a Toole lambsfoot and it has a blade like your new barlow. I wanted a tail-lock and I couldn’t pass this one up. No half stop of course. It has enough snap opening and closing that I don’t miss the usual walk and talk on a regular slipjoint.

Jack I was worried after checking all day to see when the knife will arrive and then finally the tracking says it is in your mailbox and I open the box to find just a coupon to buy a taco and get one free. I love tacos though. My neighbors are all great and the third neighbor I asked had it. My P.O. is actually pretty good. We got 5.5 inches of rain yesterday so my mail person probably had a hard time reading the address.
