The 29 is a great patternI scooped this 29 Stockyard Whittler off the exchange recently and I couldn’t be more pleased!
The specs showed a closed length of 3–5/8”, but what I didn’t pick up on until I had it in hand was that it’s not a wedge type spring configuration … it has a dedicated spring for each blade. Which means it’s a solid little chunk of a pattern! Kinda like a scaled down version of the 54 Whittler … perfect for EDC.
A couple dozen strokes on the Sharpmaker, and it went straight in the pocket!
