Very generous of you, Bob. Not an entry for me, but best of luck to everyone else, and Happy (possibly extremely early or late) Birthday to your wife! 😉😁

Thanks Barrett.
When I first received my ancient I thought I got a botched bolster.🫣
I slowly realized it's "ancient"!🤔
Nice pairing Barrett.👌

Your last photo. My canoe sits upside down next to the side yard fence😞
That and two fishing boats that also sit waiting. I really need to get on the water.

I thought of you this morning. In a complimentary way, not creepy.
When I changed jeans, and loaded pockets, I found the scale and tweezers loose in my pocket on my Wenger Esquire keychain knife, and had to put a couple of dabs of super glue on to get it to stay on.
View attachment 2389491And that made me think of you and your SAK mods.

It looks like you’re feeling martial today, Jer.

Thanks, John!
Vik and I got a little worried about him last night. He looks like he’s not feeling well, lethargic ~ like when I gave him covid. Have to keep an eye on him.

That was my 15' Royalex Camper, by Old Town, on the Mackinaw River in Illinois, 2008. I had a mouse pad made with that image. Sadly, both of my canoes and my skin-on-frame kayak moved out about 5 years back. My wife would worry herself sick every time I headed out to the water. It just wasn't fair of me to do that to her anymore. I stick to mountain biking now, but that seems to be limited too, since my mishap back in July of this year. Can you say HEMATOMA? I'm pretty much afoot at present. I still ride, but am re-thinking my off-road riding. When my leg gets back to its normal size, we will see what happens.

I weigh 12 pounds less than I did when I graduated basic training in 1968, and am active and in good shape, but it seems Agent Orange has finally caught up to me. A heart attack in the fall of last year, two stents, and a progression to A-flutter & A-fib seems to have put her on edge regarding my solo outings on the Trek.

Any old mountain biker can fall down a hill... It takes a special sort of mountain biker to fall up a hill.

Bob, if it's not too late, I'd like to guess your wife's birthday. I'm trying to "live in the moment", so I'll guess November 14.
