The sheepsfoot needed a little tweeking/tuning.
The kick needed filed so the blade tip would be inside the handle.

After closed. The nail nick is about 3/32 inch maybe as much as 1/4 inch lower.
Feels much better in hand now when using one of the other blades.

Also deepened the sharpening chole a tiny bit, making it round.

I haven't thinned and reset the edges to 10 DPS yet.

Here's some knives I love that I toted today.

Couple of new blades, the Böker is in my pocket. It is a Böker Barlow prime curly birch, number 111942, steel is Böhler N 690. To my surprise it had a slight flaw, the end of the opening cycle was quite tight, but seems to get easier with use. Otherwise the fit and finish is fine, some of the best I have seen.

The Nordic Knife Design Stoat is a project, hopefully I will end up with a modern kwaiken - style knife with a katana - wrap handle. Sheath might be wood (plywood) and covered with fabric or thin leather.

Closed length is 3.75" (~9.5 cm). The bail is "normal" - its length is about the same as the width of the knife handle.
