What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I started today with my first American breakfast (just the small one) the syrup confused me is it suposed to be sweet with savoury?
Not the real thing you say? 🤣

The river was very badly fooded,the winds got up trees went down.

Found a new walk but it was impassable.

First time ive been in this church it was amazing,the plaque refferencing the early Afghan war where we where beaten over a century ago shows how things go around, RIP soldiers job done.

Then the organist came in to practice so I had a free concert all to myself,always take advantage of things that arrive out of the blue.

One of the ceiling murals was from 1380 😮 I bought a mug for £12 with it decorated with the mural,expensive but as it helps the up keep well worth it.

been the docs today and all bad news,

blood pressure up
cho;cholesterol up
blood sugar up

plus note is kidney and liver are good.

It reminds of a Management meeting one time when myself and another manager were in a meeting with the area general manager who had just returned to work after a heart attack, my colleague was getting pelters for some reason or another, he looked at the general manager and said "Do you know the problem with your heart attack? It wasn't f....ing serious enough" Oh how we all laughed. :)

so... Back on the diet today.... Keto Breakfast...Carb Free

Knife was still in my pocket from yesterday so didn't feel a need to swap out.

Ah, the results of getting old Wayne. I hope your diet corrects those problems. I took the easy way...pills!

Between the knife and "me nashers" it didn't take long Bob.

I am starting back on the tablets today sadly, I managed to get off most of them in March but was so confident that the diet had worked, let myself go.

My new Viper was a bit homesick for its homeland 🇺🇸 so I brought it along with us :thumbsup: :cool:

On the hospital grounds there was a small pond full of Canada geese ... which made ME feel at home 🇨🇦 🤓
