What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Toting a Case XX 6332 medium Stockman in dark Redbone!! This knife was born near the same time I was!! Three sharp blades today - ready for anything!! 😁 View attachment 2460632
Your knife sent me off into an internet rabbit hole where no answers could be found. Would you happen to know the difference between a 6332 and a 63032? They appear to be the same frame and most of the ones I looked at seem to have the same blade compliment. I wondering if Case added a "0" to the model number for some specific reason or if I'm missing something with the pattern 🤔

I enjoyed the Fargo finale. There was some knife content.
I’m sitting out back with a couple of knives. The rain has stopped and it‘s not cold.
I never thought I’d get a MOP knife. I first bought a sheepsfoot with a cap lifter barehead jack with MOP. I found I really liked the covers because depending on the light they always look different. I didn’t have a gunstock and ended up with more MOP. I like it.

Some beautiful MOP on that one -- lots of iridescence going on. Very nice!!! 😍

🤔🤔
Is the Blackwood small or is the smashberry giant?

Thank you good sir! I’m sure it was nice to get that fine viper back in the corral 👍🏼.
It sure was, thanks Jon. The micarta will be getting the JonMcD treatment this weekend (if I don’t get to it before then).

Looks like another rainy day here in the City by the Bay! You can see in today’s pic a PG&E truck another one showed up as I’m writing this. We’ve been having trouble with the power flickering on and off in the neighborhood for the last couple of weeks. Mainly in the morning and evening hours. Hopefully they’ll get it sorted out. They recently raised our gas and electricity prices and as they say, you know what PG&E stands for “Pigs Grabbing Everything”. In the meantime keeping me company is the usual lamb and Case SB. Have a great day folks! 😀View attachment 2459504View attachment 2459505
Is the grid struggling to keep up with demand at the moment?

How’s the May knife? I haven’t heard much about them. Covers look quite nice.

Mike, i always get confused with Case pattern numbers, and my go-to resource is a "Case Pattern Number Reference Guide" at AAPK. But, to my surprise, that resource didn't even have an 032 pattern listed.

But I found this thread:

The 5th post seems to answer your question, at least as I understand it.

Carrying this 73 today. Very strong pull on this one. It has the same excitement as setting an old school mouse trap. I'm going to oil the joints and see if it loosens up a bit..

I’ve got a 73 from 2011 that I picked up recently, and the pull is incredibly strong on mine as well- I definitely have to be paying attention when I open or close it!

Edit: I should add that mine is a single blade.

Mike, Case changed to the "032" pattern which is slightly smaller (3 1/2" vs 3 5/8"), and has cam tangs instead of half stops, in 1978!!!

sorry. it been a few days since i saw that grill ... 1973 or 1975 ... I think.
I got confused.

Knew a guy with a '70's Peugeot back then Different grill, but I was impressed with the low battery starting system the car had.
Hand crank clipped to the underside of the hood/bonnet. 😁
More cars should have that.
