A fine-looking pair my friend :)

Thanks again Paul :) While service certainly varies, of the hundreds of overseas parcels I've sent and received over the years, not one has gone missing, except for the one that was recently left on my door-step by a courier firm recently

I'm not sure of what! :D ;)

Nice pairing Paul :)

Thank you Todd :)

Thanks David, it got to cut plenty of cake! :D

They pair beautifully Ken :)

Cool little Boy's Knife Tyson :)

Hope you had a great birthday Mitch :)

Happy Australia Day to all our Aussies :)

Have a great day everyone

Don’t be, my friend.
Everytime I say something with self assured conviction, I find out my conviction was…
Overly optimistic🤪
Check out the SCC EO Jack Rufus1949 Rufus1949 just posted. Other than the blade shape and pull, it looks identical to a Navy Jack???

Wow, very knice!
Was I wrong in thinking there were only three Navy Jacks? It sure looks like it!

The pattern used for the Navy Utility was well established before being pressed into service for the war effort.

You see them without bails usually.

My four line Camillus has a long pull. It's either a pre war or Camillus used what blades they had on hand to fill early orders.

Same frame as a #13 Jack, they just added an easy open notch and bail.

Thanks pal, I missed you all greatly.

Two folders for me today, and two of my favorites:

I missed your trademark knives on stones!
Very nice Todd :)

Have you tried any of the online firms?

No doubt porridge is on the breakfast menu! You been called up again?! ;) Great pics John

Another great pairing Steve :)

After 6pm here, and I've only just caught up with this thread! Got a very generous package in the mail today from Paul @Jakeywax31 :) Dark here, but here's a sample pic

Oh, that Paul…
He sets a high bar.
Thanks Jeff. Your knives lead me to this carry today. Not to refute your statements, but due to similar shape. When found, it was simply called an easy open.
There seems to be a slight size and weight difference, compared to the Camillus. View attachment 2471174
Fantastic pair, Bob. Your Camillus looks like a time capsule.

The nail nicks on the small blades are way back, and yet they don't tear my thumbnail.
I salute you, Waterville.
The older I get, the more I like forward nicks.
Nice pair of Albers !
