Glad to see you back around here, Ed. Hope your swallow is back before you have to resort to pureed Spam.Well, it's been a heck of a week. Since last Monday, I completely lost my swallow except for thin liquids. I've even had to crush and dissolve all medicines to take them so, it's been coffee and my liquid diet chow.
Things are looking up a bit this morning and I may try pureeing sausage and scrambled eggs in our Vitamix blender this morning.
The highlight of the week was that I got my truck out of the shop. Had to put a new fuel pump and fuel filter in it and had the break pads on all four corners replaced. Cost me $1300.00 for the whole shebang - Can't help but think of all the cans of Spam I could have bought for that kind of money. Saaaayyyyyy, I wonder if I can puree Spam in the Vitamix?
I'll be carrying the Sod Buster Jr. pictured above as it's the knife I always carry when on my Nestle Fibersource.
Mr Jeff - that’s a really nice looking 194, is it a customized 194OT? I can’t read the tang stamp, but I love the jigged scales.Two Schrades ~ 194+881

That looks like the Kaviso flashlight (I think). Is that the Big Idea Designs Pen? (mine is the Ti version)
Sorry to hear you had a rough week, Ed, but glad you’re getting better. I’d save the spam til you’re feeling like yourself again so you can enjoy it the way it was meant, with a crispy crust from the frying pan.Well, it's been a heck of a week.
