What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Massaged the heel of the handle spine
Not as pointy, more rounded and comfortable in the palm
Used Boiled Linseed Oil to restore color to the sanded area

SAK of the Week is a Victorinox Cadet II, which confusingly predates the current Alox Cadet o_O (thanks, Ken). I like the pen blade on this old model better than the nail file on the current Cadet.

The pics are taken in Rauðhólar, a rather large area that basically consists of a cluster of pseudo-craters. They are formed when molten lava flows over wetlands causing the water to boil. The pressure of the steam from the boiling water then causes explosions, which in turn creates these magnificent pseudo-craters. The bright crimson red colour you see, is caused or coloured by the oxidation of the iron in the lava.
