Nice Turner! Doesn't the England on the tang stamp indicate post 1891 manufacture?
I have never seen that. You need to say where you read or heard that.
Goins Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings dated it as 1830-37.
Mr. Jack, however, has said that Goins was not correct on dating some of the Sheffield made knives.
I have never seen any other knife publication that even comes close to giving the information Goins gave us.
