Fantastic picture, my friend. I sure do love the color on that beauty. I envy your closeness to the sea!!

Don't envy me too much it's a toasty :D 8 degrees Fahrenheit (-13.3 C) today, the saltwater on the rocks was frozen

Off over to Sheffield today with my Wostenholm Stockman in pocket, thanks Lyle :)

Arrived in the mail yesterday. Needed a good cleaning. Appears to have brass liners and nickel-silver bolsters. All three blades have a very tight snap open and closed. No blade wiggle. They really knew how to make knives back in the day.

Niiiice stockman Jack.
Getting your teeth pulled today?

Andi - How do you find the hollow ground blades on that Buck?

Fish on a Friday....

Cheers folks ;)

The hollow ground blades are great. I think, the spine is a little thick for making it to a real slicing devil, if you know what I mean (when cutting up an apple, for example). A great knife, indeed. I like the simple design and the used material make it to a great worker. :)
