What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Today I have a new friend in my pocket, in addition to my everyday Tribal Spear.
A Baby Butterbean in stag and damascus! It is a lovely little thing.

(stock image, but it's probably better than any I could make myself)

These two today. I carry one, or both of these most everyday.
Its the only slipjoints i have that I can open anymore(had them made with light pull).

Rick Menefee 3 1/4" Swayback

I'm carrying now Parker-Frost delrin full sized trapper made in 1978. One reason is that its light and another is because its one of the few knives I currently can open with pincher hold, till my nail grows back on my thumb.

Truck is loaded and leaving in a couple of hours to go camping with the family for the weekend. Bringing along these two:

Went small today (for me, anyway) with this 3-3/8" Rough Rider barlow in smooth amber bone.

Since "Barlow's" have come up quite a bit of late I've pocketed this little 3.5" beauty by Don Morrow in CPM-154 and jigged bone:

This morning's carry was this prototype "SLR" by Jerry Halfrich:

OMG  I don't see a lot of sheath knives that make me drool, but that one sure does.
It would make a nice companion for your red bone Ruple stockman. You know which one I'm talkin about :D

That's funny, Mike, I was just about to throw that one in the pocket for the walk with my dog down to our mailbox but decided on the Morrow...(one of Bill's very accomplished proteges.)

Well you can't go wrong with either choice.

Maybe its just my imagination, but it seems like I am seeing more knives (custom) done lately with the red / orange colored scales.
