I made this leather pouch for my higo yesterday and the evening back.
I need to buy more leather soon, because this stuff is fun when you get it right.
That being said, I haven't done much lately.
But very happy with the result (as simple as it is)!
I guess it's that when you get to admire results of your own creativity. :)

Very nice pouch, A.L. Making something that can be used is very satisfying.

Today I'll tote along this nifty ring-opener gifted to me by my friend Jack Black. It came in one of those "Oh, here's a few bits and bobs I needed to clean off my table." packages of treasures. :D Thank you. Sorry I'm just now taking pics. :o

Well I was going to carry something else until I read all the pres. comments...
I've got to echo rockgolfer, this thing would be even better with half stops. I would also like to see a long pull on the spear.

This #72 was my first GEC and 'sold' me on the Brand (Breed:rolleyes:???) Often slips in to my "going to town" jeans when I stumble out of the bush & into the big smoke.
I now have a dozen GEC and counting ...

Derek

Wonderful bone on that example !
