Man there are some great looking knives in here!

I've got my scout with me again today. Been helping out in the kitchen.

Instant patina, nice!

captain howdy how do you like that gec moose. and there is some nice knives here today
I've really grown to appriciate them. I've always loved the 66 frame but gravitated towards the jack pattern. Last winter I figured I would give the moose a chance and I might actually prefer it now. It's a touch thicker than the jack but I like having 2 full size blades.

What did she help you prepare? A brief description or some photos would be nice. ;)

Tonight I made a salad for the family. So I cut tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, shrimp, lettuce, avocado, and mushrooms. Then my wife made homemade dijon dressing so I cut up some lemons for that. No pics though, sorry! I'll be sure to take some next time we make a meal.......so tomorrow!

Just snapped a pic of the blade after its dinner duty and a touch up.

Awesome!

Pictures would've been nice, but the imagery of festivities described through your text seems adequate. :)

I'll be looking forward to some pics next time..... ;)

It was Cocobolo today :) But I can say for sure it will be Brazilian Bloodwood tomorrow!!
All I have to do now is figure out which one of these beauties has the most Curb Appeal :D:eek::D

Thanks for the wonderful compliments guys!

Ron, I'll echo what everyone else has said. That cocobolo is simply stunning sir:)

I tend to be more of sod buster man, but am really liking the moose pattern. I wonder how it compares to the bull nose/buster. and am felling you on liking more then just one blade.

Ron, Ryan and Duane, nice knives guys:thumbup:
