What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

My two Christmas gifts: a GAW forum knife from knowtracks and a GEC fixed blade from my dad :) Two knives in stainless, definitely an aberration for me, but they are really nice.

Decided to change up a bit today.
Buck 110 on the belt, Colt CT609 canoe and Rough Rider 915 stoneworx stockman (in a leather slip) in the pocket.

It's a rainy Sunday here. Figured I'd drop this in my pocket while I try and dodge my wife's "Honey Do List". Don Morrow Wharncliffe Trapper, 3 3/8", ATS-34. I had this one made a few years ago.

Wow peregrine the file work on that is amazing
Thanks Keith. It really is exceptional work and is a joy to CE & CF. Don also dovetailed the bolsters which is a nice touch. He was a student of Bill Ruple's.

Man peregrin the more and more I look at that knife and belive me I keep coming back to it I want one how or where can I obtain one thanks

I love filework when it's done right and that's done right the dovetailed bolsters is just the icing on the cake. beautiful piece Gary. :)

New City Knife with my Beer Scout today. I'll take a better photo of the City Knife tomorrow when I (hopefully) have some better light.

I have one of those and find it an attractive and very well finished knife, great snap and no rub. Only problem is I CANNOT get it to sharpen it's only 420 and I can't understand why it refuses to take any edge??:barf::confused:

How's yours in that way?

Thanks, Will

Sonnemann Beautiful duo there, I really like the look of the handle on the GEC fixed, that's some checquering:D:thumbup:

Itsasportsbar One of my favourite CASE knives the Bearhead Slimline, I need to get mine out more, a truly satisfying carry.

Thanks, Will

Sweet, I love the red bone Robeson used, I had one just like that I traded in a flea market in Houston 28 years ago for a cheapo OTF knife, boy was I stupid, still have the OTF as a reminder not to trade until I know what something's worth.
