What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Jack[/B]
I am spending a lot of time in your museum thread:D And Thank You!

If you walk to the end, there's a lady selling coffee ;) :D

Putting this nut to work while I vacation in the Florida Keys.

Lucky you :) Have fun

I'm off to see ADEE and ScruffUK early in the morning, so got a bag of goodies packed, and these two already in my pockets

Painted a room today. This cap lifter is perfect for removing wall-plate covers. Love the #15 handle size and shape!

Found this 3 line Camillus with the two piece can opener, unusual scales, I'm guessin' celluloid made to look like jigged black bone. Notice how much shrinkage has taken place on the scales. I'm goin' to make this a restoration later and try to put pearl scales on it so for a change I took before pics and decided to take it out for a test ride and see if there were any other problems aside from cosmetic. I did notice it look like someone wanted a Clip blade instead of the Spear it came with and they even tried to put a swedge on it.

It's gonna be a project but untill I'm sure what I want to do I'm goin' to press it into service and get my $3 worth. Graet walk and talk on all blades and no wobble.

That 73 is a real dandy my friend

Today I toted my Opinel No. 6 Carbone that I got from a fellow BF member. Thank you again sir! It started life out as a standard No. 6 as you can see in the first pic and I added my own touches to it as you can see in last pic. Heavy patina on the blade and Bombay Mahogany Polyshades on the handle. Came out pretty nice if I say so myself. After a quick retouch of the edge and a stropping this thing is absolutely laser sharp!
