What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks for the kind words Jack and Gary. It's a Cornwall from the 30's I think. Here's one I haven't shown much of but I carry it all the time.

I went out with just this 'yote (as TsarBomba calls it) today. Seemed to be enough.

Awesome. :D Of course, it's the one day I don't have a 'yote of my own with me...

Congrats on the new Buck 303, Frank! That (and/or a 301) is a classic I’m still looking for, preferably a used/unabused model. Looking forward to seeing a review after you’ve put it through its paces.

In fairness to you, Jack, you didn’t know you’d be participating in my “2 posts/page beauty contests”, but you do have an unfair advantage as long as you keep carrying that anonymous stag of yours that I can’t take my eyes off!:D
...
Ganzo stockman (thanks, Dave)

I'm not familiar with Ganzo, but that looks suspiciously like a Buck build. Are you sure you don't have a 303 after all?

Thanks Paul and Ron.

Here's one I haven't shown much of but I carry it all the time.

That's a beautiful whittler. Is it dyed bonestag?

I couldn't wait for Wooden Wednesday to carry the oil sucker rod Beagle. :o What a fantastic knife.

I've said it before and I'm sure I'll continue saying it: I think that's an almost unbeatable pair, Jack! I think I'd recognize either of those knives anywhere. (May I copy the images to put in my knife photos hall of fame? :o)

Thanks GT, I'm flattered :) I had the Abbeydale with me yesterday too ;) Always good to see your big Joker

Today ;)

Very classy Tom

Thanks Jack, the Abbeydale is looking fine sir

Those Eskys are gorgeous guys!
Really like variety of camel bone.

Bark River Ultralight Bushcrafter with full height grind. SBJ riding along as well.

Thanks Dan! That Ultralite looks especially slicey, great pic.

Jumping Jack Flash!! That is a perfectly pulchritudinous pair, Tom! :p Believe it or not, I think your black Beer Scout is elegant, and that new Northwoods zulu is astounding; congrats!

As usual, I have 12 or 13 knives on me when I'm wearing pants! Here are some that I'm pocketing this week:

Big olive wood Joker

Thanks GT! I hemmed and hawed a bit on the Esky, but am really happy with it. Great pic of the Joker, is that a fairly thin blade?

Nice Tom, beautiful Zulu right there!!!

Thanks Paul, much appreciated!

The Zulu again today.

I thought your first sheath was very functional, jrawk, and this one is both functional AND fashionable!

Thanks GT, love seeing wood handles on a stockman pattern.

Love that sheath, I carry a space pen everyday, neat idea:thumbup:
Thanks Paul - I never leave home without one.

That's great! I like that one, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the comments, AR! I have some other ideas up my sleeve as well. Stay tuned :)

Northwoods Esky and a beer scout the last few days.

I'm just a little shocked that the Esky kicked your Barkies out of your pocket.

Vintage Case cigar.

Guessing from the uncircled CASE shield it's Delrin? You don't see this pattern much any more, nice knife!

While my work piles up and my shoulder screams unspeakable things at me for daring to move my arm, I find myself retreating to the warm consolation of Wooden Wednesday grain.

I believe it is derlin but it's a nice bone simulation. Great snap to 5 his old knife.

Sorry about your shoulder. I'm in the same boat with shingles I'm mobilizing my right shoulder.

77 Washington Jack at work with me today. Sure beats using plastic cafeteria knives. This one has most my pocket time since last year...

Kept it simple today.

I was inspired by your excellent photos, Bob. See the end of my post to see the result. :)

the yote should handle most cutting chores:thumbup: Love the green pick bone and TC sheath as well Dean

Thank you, my friend.

Fantastic photo of a good looking knife! That's some good looking bone on that whittler.

Awesome. :D Of course, it's the one day I don't have a 'yote of my own with me...

Somebody had to tote the 'yote! That beagle is looker!

Today's carry.
