What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Hickory n Steel, that is the second Colonial I have seen posted with a SAK type can opener, and again wonder if they had a deal with Victorinox to use it?

Thanks Tim! :) Peanut indeed, looks to be Extra Crunchy!

Haha indeed! Rémy's favourite.

Up until last week, I resisted adding a Conductor, what with my #33 Whittler being so very fine (it is!) and with a White Owl that ticks many of the same boxes (single spring, similar length, bail). One has to draw lines somewhere. So I've read.

Adding an actual dog to my life has changed my perspective in so many ways(!).

I'm thrilled to now have this little knife and its instant evocation of my little companion and the goodness she brings to my days. :)

Perfect pairing P, doge is the best.

Took Rémy out today to a corgi meetup and brought the faithful serpentine along for the ride.

Same knife, new pic for me. Have a great Sunday everyone!

Next page carry over  Gary, it is as though the shield was melted perfectly into that gorgeous set of stag. I've alsways enjoyed Brent's work.

A different carry for the day. Good Sunday to all.

That it does Jack. Near full blades and smooth walk on all three blades. It is Staglon, I just couldn't remember it this morning. ;)

Most mornings I have a job remembering a lot of things Bob! :D

Worth searching on though, there've been quite a few threads about it

1) Beautiful knife, of course!

2) What a hysterical picture from your meet-up! ... Are you sure you brought the correct Corgi home?!

;)

Thank you and aha there were moments when I couldn't find Rémy in the mix ;) there must have been at least 50 corgi pups there :D

Nice

Thanks pal :D

Cool pic of a gorgeous knife

Thank you very much Tim, you're very kind :)

Thank you Ron, you tpo my friend, just having a quiet one here

Stunning! The jigging is amazing

Nice work Bob  Those two go well together

I'm carrying this IXL Serpentine Jack today.

Along with my Davison :)

Have a great Sunday everyone

Great looking pair Jack:thumbup: the more I see Davison knives the more I'm impressed. They are really something to admire.

Kris, that WT is gorgeous! I love that Damascus pattern. Beautiful picture!

Today, I'm sure, will include a beer or two. So, I better be prepared for them. Woke up early today to dye this Amber bone Mini Trapper Cap Lifter from Case. I'm pretty happy with the results.

Happy Sunday, everyone!

Very nicely done. Looks like it came from the factory with those beautiful covers:thumbup:

Like the knife and the hat :thumbup:

The Davison was with me today

Outstanding picture:thumbup:

That is a very nice photo of your 77 Barlow. Shows the details of the Micarta covers very well.

Thank you, Ron. This is my first traditional in micarta and I'm really enjoying it. Not nearly as nice as some good jigged bone to look at but its durability gets an A+ for an EDC user.

Sharpened, stropped and ready for another work week-

Thanks Gev, nice to see so many nice knives still being shown here. It's really hard for me to catch up because it takes forever for each page to load for me.

Thanks Barrett. It's been used fully! Only wish more GEC offerings were in 01 steel. It's a great all user steel.

Back to back weddings this weekend...
Beer Scout in pocket for both of them.

Still giving my new Sabre 842 mfk a try ( 50 cents at a yardsale yesterday ) , and so far it's not uncomfortable in the pocket for as beefy it is.

Everything is much thicker and the blade is much broader than a Victorinox and I like it ( especially since my only vic's are 2 classics and a Gardner )

Terrific knives everyone!

I've been busy for the past couple of days and didn't have a chance to post.

I carried these two today. A H. Dorwal and a Schrade 863.

Have a nice evening all!
