What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Fine proportions that knife has Ernie.

Old School in entirely the right way :D Are those scales bone or cell?

Regards, Will

Thanks! I can't find any info on it at all but from the build I am guessing late 19th century. The covers are actually ivory:)

Very nice Kris

Thanks Jack.

Thanks, I have a thing for old barlows and that Primble is stunning.

Great knives old and new everyone:thumbup:

Atiger, that's a great looking Kabar. Terrific jigging on the covers. Sorry no helpful info in regards to seeing one like it before though...

This BEAUTIFUL old CASE red bone Pruner arrived today. Paired with a vintage Primble Barlow for today's carry:thumbup:

Thank you Dean - liked your Ulster # 10 as well.:)

Thank you, Rob!

Love them both Dean but that spear point has always caught my eye and on my wish list. Just a sweet set up sir:thumbup:

Thanks, Drew! I find the Talon spear to be one of the better renditions of the type.

My carry today.. trusty TC with controversial EZ open and K'roo Cottonmouth

20160831_185514_zps3ignqdtv.jpg

Controversial, but beautiful, Drew.

I'm back with this TC today.

Beer week sounds like my kind of week, Jack! :D Good looking TC!

I've been puzzling over whether this says "LO" or "LD" Someone's initials, I assume. For some reason, a number is more mysterious.

I wonder if LO (or LD) is friends with Earl? :)

Beautiful knives, gents! :thumbup::thumbup:

Nice Antique Yellow #14, rinos! Same for me today.

Thanks my friend, they're stretching Leeds Beer Week to 10 days this year! 'Ten days, one drink!' :D Looks like you've been opening a few bottles yourself! ;) Great pic

Well done everyone!

Thanks for the comment Gary.

Very nice glennbad, Primble and great pair Paul.

I carried these two yesterday.

Thanks, Jack! 10 days devoted to beer is even better, although "Beer Week" has a better ring to it than "Beer 10 Days," so I can see why they stuck with the name. :D

I think I may have come up with a long term answer to the question of what I'm totin' today. A Queen 49 Cattle King.

This picture is too bright to see the jigging very well, but it shows off the color of the bone nicely. Paired with yesterday's picture showing the jigging you can get an idea of what this knife looks like in person. I'm loving it. Yes Gary, the covers are stag bone. ;)

Carrying these two today. The little Imperial was from my uncle, and the Winchester is a recent pickup.
