What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

My carry today.. trusty TC with controversial EZ open and K'roo Cottonmouth

I'm about to call it a day but I took the time to set aside this Northwoods Norfolk for tomorrow.

JD Ellis Lanny Clip - love the way he's done the red c-f so it bleeds into the red liner

That TC looks mighty fine to me, Drew!

Beautiful JD Ellis, Paul!

I've got a pair of old, dirty knives on me today.

Carrying this single-blade Kabar that I picked up recently. It's a nice little knife but it has no markings other than the tang stamp. I've never seen one of these before - has anyone else?

Totin' the Old Timer stockman that my dad gave me when I was a kid. He's definitely not a knife person, so this one is extra special because it's probably the only knife I'll ever get from him.

Fine proportions that knife has Ernie.

Old School in entirely the right way :D Are those scales bone or cell?

Welcome back Mike

Thank you, sir :)

Me, too! And I love the subtle character in the ebony wood. It's tricky to photograph:

The wood did turn out great on this run!

Understandably so, Mike. The 14s are easy to carry. Great photo!

Thank you :)

Welcome back, Mike; I'm surprised that little guy, superb as it is, could hold your attention so long!

Thank you, my friend. I was pretty surprised as well on the hold it had over me. Although forcing myself to mix it up a few days ago broke the spell, and we're officially back to the rotation!

Mike that is a beauty of a 26. Certainly got me looking them up for more pics.

Crazy Canuck What type of bone is that on the No.26 please? Never seen it before, the pattern is the best Small Stockman in my view, carries like a Penknife but with three blades.

Thanks Brett and Will. Will, it was listed as stag bone on KSF. Has a bit of worm groove in it too. Makes a fantastic "worry" item. I agree on the carry. It's very easy to have, especially in a suit or slacks.

You have a pretty magical drawer, Mike! The luck of the draw resulted in an excellent knife; outstanding covers!

Thank you. I'd almost forgotten the magic drawer, but I'm all better now :)

Didn't have time for new pictures, so I'll recycle a couple for my carries yesterday and today.

Yesterday was once of my favorites - not surprisingly, a Sowbelly!

And for today, back to the Every Day Barlow.

Great knives old and new everyone:thumbup:

Atiger, that's a great looking Kabar. Terrific jigging on the covers. Sorry no helpful info in regards to seeing one like it before though...

This BEAUTIFUL old CASE red bone Pruner arrived today. Paired with a vintage Primble Barlow for today's carry:thumbup:
