A true beauty

This pairing has seen me through the weekend.

Great pairing Thom

Sorry, Jack :(

Took a dander along to my neighbours house with the family for a cup of tea; he has quite a view from his pad;

LOL! :D Delicious as I'm sure it is Paul, I am really not a man who needs more cake in his life! :D It's better for me just to look! ;)

That is certainly a fine view my friend, and it looks like you've been getting some decent weather too :)

These 38s and 92s are really making it hard for me to save for the upcoming 77s and 15s. Beautiful knives, everyone.

The clouds are building, the thunder is rumbling. My Peanut and I are not afraid, though, and we shall plow forward with our grilling commitments!

A different angle on my Brent Cramer LCJ. Along for the ride today.

I don't carry a Traditional these days , so I rarely venture over to this forum anymore .
But today is Fathers-day here in Australia , so in a moment of remembrance I grabbed the knife I inherited from my Father .
So here is what I'm " Totin " today .

Ken
Quite a charming family heirloom, Ken! Fine I*XL you inherited from your father!

Gave this old forum knife some pocket time today

That one is phenomenal & gorgeous, P&G!

I carry a Minichamp on my keyring every day, but never think to post it. The tool you guys are discussing is a tiny guthook for clamshell packaging. :)
You have a way with words! ;) I haven't ever tried that tool for the purpose you suggested, but now I'll be looking for an opportunity to do so!

Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner.

Fetching culinary knives. What is tonight's course? :)
I won?? Are there any prizes besides the everlasting respect of my peers? :D Do you have a particular design in mind yet?
Thanks for the knife compliment. I think last night was beans and rice with some leftover pork medallions that I cut up and mixed in; it was delectable! :p

. Today I'm carrying a #15. The patina is just starting on this one.

JaxBaron and Paul, those are sensational 15s you posted!:thumbup:

I tossed the British Army Knife in my pocket today. This thing is such a great looking and useful design. Thanks again, Bob!

That looks pretty much bullet-proof, FBC!

I'm carrying this Keen Kutter Peanut and Arthur Wright work-back Lambsfoot today. Have a great Sunday everyone

Propitious pair, Jack, especially that pearl peanut!:cool:

I like the color of your knife. Mine is very dark. You can only see the wood grain when it is in he shade. In the sun it almost looks like African Blackwood. I want to find a second one to use.

That's an outstanding variation on that model, Travman!

Farmer & Farm Boy. :) :D

Inspiring pairing! I wonder if there are many pairs of knives with related names like that.

Splendor in the Grass!! Enjoy the grilling, Shawn, rain or shine! ;)

For the weekend, I allow myself to go off the scheduled rotation and grab some current favorites. As often happens, I end up with some stockman and/or canoe examples.
Marbles sowbelly stockman (thanks, Randy):

Not a Notre Dame fan myself :barf:, but I thought I should grab this canoe to support Paul Hilborn's ND fandom:

Thanks very much Paul and Gevo !! I appreciate your kind comments my friends .
Paul : If you ever are in the area again , we will all go on the Mail Run . Have always wanted to , but never have .
I certainly hope everyone has a great holiday week-end !!!!

Added : The 2 little white novelty knives are both just as sound and tight as they were when new. The yellow one is a Colonial that Nancy thought was cute and it is just about like new.

Just back from a few days up at Big Bear; today roasting the last of the dogs on the fire pit for the kids. The 225q pulling fire prep and BBQ duty. Happy Labor Day... Great pics all around!
