Let's see if I can post a pic. Apologies for the left-handed photo. Remember shadow patterns, unlined handle covers, and synthetic handle materials all have hoary traditions.

It's a Case Lightweight ("medium": 3&7/8") stockman.

Nothin' wrong with a good ol' plastic SAK! After I saw your post I decided that my old Recruit hasn't been out and about for awhile. Thanks for the inspiration.

I can see why you couldn't resist picking that one up. That buffalo horn is sweeeet!
Gary, it's called charred toast and it is a delicacy. ;):D
Awesome, glade I inspired you to carry your recruit.
I wasn't even sure I was going to edc mine this week because I had carried it for about 4 months straight after getting it in November, but now I'm remembering why exactly it stayed in my pocket for so long

Not at all. I lean towards both. Which is hard to do without falling Some I "preserve" and some I just say, screw it, I like thus guy! I do sell some to buy more! Those, I like to keep pristine. One man's user is another mans's treasure?

Indeed :)

@5K Qs , I am trying some work around shared by a fellow member but haven't nailed it down just yet unfortunatly. Wonderful carry as always

The 13 again but that may change tomorrow. I just sharpened up the 18 in my desk and it's asking for some pocket time ;). The background is a sketch for a shower for a client. Seams and trim placed to maximize the yield and cut down on the amount of raw material to buy.
